Note: If you wish to upgrade your shipping method from standard to an express option (if available) on any item, you will be charged on a per item basis. If purchasing 2 items you will only every pay a single shipping charge! When purchasing more than 3 items on the website, you will not pay shipping on the item with the lowest shipping charge. Orders outside the US will incur shipping charges on a per item basis.
What are My Shipping & Dispatch Options?
As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping and dispatch times and costs will vary, dependent on the product selected. For accurate details, please use the shipping estimator on the Product or Shopping Basket page.
Please note: 1 Day = 1 business day. A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon. Orders via courier cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and all UPS orders are trackable.
How Are My Deliveries Made And Where Do They Go?
When you place an order, Signature Gifts Inc will deliver the products to the address you gave when you made your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address.
Heavier more expensive items, such as the newspaper books, are normally sent via a 'trackable' service and urgent deliveries are always 'trackable'.
What If There Is a Shipping Issue With My Order?
In the unlikely event that you or your customers do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Signature Gifts Inc shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Gifts Inc by email at email@example.com within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery, they will be held at your own risk and Signature Gifts Inc will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
